Made by hand
Cardboard, paper and string were my first design tools. I spent hours turning whatever I found at home into something new.
Hi, I’m Zeynep! I turn messy problems into clear, usable product experiences — from research on sticky notes to polished UI.
Turkish Cargo Website
01 — Turkish Technology · 2025
Designing key pages of the corporate website of Turkish Airlines’ global air cargo brand, from cargo tracking to storytelling, as part of the Turkish Technology design team.

(01) — Context
turkishcargo.com is where shippers, freight forwarders and partners around the world discover Turkish Cargo’s products and use online tools like cargo tracking and booking. The challenge was to present a complex, operational service in a way that feels clear, trustworthy and easy to act on.
(02) — What I designed
This was a team project. These are the pages and parts I worked on:
Presenting the Standard, Priority and Urgent services so customers can compare them and pick the right speed at a glance, both on the homepage and in the main navigation.
View live

The flow for tracking a shipment with its AWB number, from search to shipment status.
View live

Explaining terminal and handling services clearly for operational users.
View liveA storytelling page for Turkish Cargo’s wildlife rescue initiative, built around real rescue stories.
View live

Organising Turkish Cargo’s news and corporate announcements so visitors can browse the latest updates and find important operational notices quickly.
View live

Generating page visuals with AI tools (Adobe Firefly and Google Flow), then art-directing and refining them in Figma and Adobe Illustrator so they match Turkish Cargo’s brand style and fit each page’s layout.

(03) — How I worked
I worked in a cross-functional team of 6 UI/UX designers, a product owner, a front-end team and an analysis team. My responsibilities included designing the page layouts for Fleet, Mission Rescue, Terminal Services, Charter, Speed Options, Cargo Tracking and News & Announcements, creating the visuals for these pages, building responsive desktop and mobile designs, and preparing developer handoff.
(04) — Outcome
All of these pages are live on turkishcargo.com, used by Turkish Cargo’s customers and partners worldwide.
